About PDF Tools

PDF Tools is a free set of utilities for everyday PDF jobs: merging several files into one, splitting out the pages you need, and compressing oversized scans down to an emailable size, plus turning pages into JPGs, rotating sideways pages, and building a PDF from photos.

Your files never leave your device

Unlike most online PDF sites, nothing here is uploaded to a server. Every tool runs entirely inside your web browser using modern in-browser processing. Your documents (contracts, statements, IDs, medical records, whatever they may be) stay on your computer, full stop. That also makes the tools fast: there's no upload wait and no download queue.

What each tool does

• Merge PDF combines two or more PDFs into a single document. Reorder the files first so everything lands exactly where you want it.
• Split PDF shows every page as a thumbnail; click the ones you want (or type a range like 1-3, 7) and extract them as one new PDF or as a separate file per page.
• Compress PDF shrinks image-heavy and scanned PDFs with a quality setting you control, and shows the size saving before you download.
• PDF to JPG renders each page as a JPG image at the quality you pick, delivered singly or as a ZIP.
• Rotate PDF turns sideways or upside-down pages right by updating their orientation setting; nothing is re-rendered.
• Images to PDF combines JPG and PNG files into one PDF, one page per image, in your order.
